Has anyone followed the low histamine diet and how long did it take to see improvements? Also, what foods were eliminated that made the most difference? As an O with blood sugar issues, eliminating meat is very difficult. Thanks for any help

Nope, in fact most high histamine foods are beneficial or diamonds on SWAMI. I really just want to know how long it took people that have removed high histamine foods to feel improvement and which foods were most offensive to them.
