Amaranth is a SWAMI diamond for me, and there's no way I can digest the seeds. I decided to try and prepare some amaranth broth, have just cooked some in little water, and have had it strained throught a fine mesh that allows no grain through.

It came out thick and comforting like oatmeal water or flaxseed water. I wish to enjoy its nutritional benefits, so I hope that the rest of my IG tract agrees with it as well.

I add a couple of tablespoons to my Non-cornbread. Give it the added crunch that's in real cornbread

Quoted from yaeli
It came out thick and comforting like oatmeal water or flaxseed water.
9 hour later: it seems filling too. And/or soothing and relaxing the GI tract.

The only other new thing I tried today is alternate nostril breathing excercises. They work well together.
