Adam, swami changes me from warrior to teacher, I must be a close tie between the two. I tried the warrior supps for two years, i don't think they did a lot for me personally, I am about to order the teacher pack to see how that goes. I don't have an issue with weight just my digestion is still not right I really can't go a whole week without fish which makes the teacher diet seem right to me. Someone suggested explorer for me but i am very sinewy & definately an ectomorph but I have a longer head/jaw like a warrior, so I am a little confused right now, I wish we had professional swami practitioners here in Australia as I really think I am not getting my measurements right!
I know I'm not Warrior. Every time I go on the Warrior diet, I lose weight way too quickly and the food choices just don't "feel" right. The digestion issues are the main key, I think, to determining Teacher vs. Warrior. But, who knows? A trip to Connecticut would really solve it, I suppose, but who has money for that these days? I guess some people do, but not me. I don't really trust seeing a local practitioner, I'd want to visit the main clinic. Hope you get it all figured out. It's not easy sometimes.
Adam, I agree with what Chloe said. One answer changes My swami from teacher to explorer... Your Swami srengths/passes are so close to mine...but I am not lactose intolerant and am ISFJ. I also believe in getting nutrients from food first, but as Ruthie said, how good is the soil? So, a few main supplements will only help. As a fellow A I can testify that deflect is heaven sent for the A gut. I don't know about the deflect for the other types but I won't be without ours. I don't use it daily...but am sure glad i have it. I haven't felt the need to try the teacher pack (especially since I identify with explorer in so many ways) but the basic A pack has been in my system for about 3 years now. * Note* I only take one capsule of each daily...not the recommended 2-4.
