I don´t wake-up hungry ever! -snip-
My A husband on the other hand, wakes up ravenous and has to eat! But then he sometimes has to be reminded to eat during the day. Our eating patterns  are completely different...
I don't remember ever being hungry in the morning.  I don't start eating until at least two hours after I get up, and that's only because I want something in my stomach to go with my coffee.

I went through a period of being nauseous and skipping breakfast.  Although my stomach felt empty, I wouldn't have the urge to eat all day.  And when I did eat, I got full on little food.

My A wife is just the opposite of me.  But she showers and gets dressed first before eating breakfast.

My SWAMI diet is a blend of BTD and GTD Explorer, but I'm not totally compliant.  Also I try to choose foods that have a Low Glycemic index.  DW and DD are A+, probably also Explorer.

I never ate immediately after waking either. Usually about 2 hours too but that's about 9am. It does seem anything before noon creates hunger. Since doing this for two days, both two days I am not hungry but have still eaten and I agree, fuller on less food. Eating before noon sets me up to not be satisfied with any amount of food all day. I hope this continues, I feel I have much more control and oodles of energy!
