Since my health has improved and I have been changing things up a little - I went back through my profile. The body shape question - had me re-check things - the one where you measure your wrist with you other hand. Well, this time my right hand measuring my left wrist my fingers touched and my left hand measuring my right wrist didn't - so I did a mixed body type - before neither hand the fingers touched so I was just the one type. Well, that change made my % go from 42% Warrior to 49% Warrior I really am truely a Warrior, which makes all the changes I am making make so much more sense. My Warrior pack and A pack arrived today so I am excited to go full force into the Warrior diet - lifestyle - whole heartedly. I had been eating vegan and now I am adding diamond seafood back. Eggs and Turkey are super foods as well, but not diamond foods. I only get 3 servings of seafood a week, 1 serving of turkey and 6 eggs, so it won't be huge changes, but I am working in the right direction. I have loss a few pounds in the few days I have added the meat back into my diet so I am really excited. I am so eliminating the few cheats I was allowing my self since I was eating vegan. It is amazing what a few days can do. I can't wait to see how the suppliments help with the weight loss. I was able to come off several meds by eating vegan, so now I am hoping going completley Warrior will take me the extra mile to loose the rest of the weight I need to loss to get to my goal weight. So very happy to be a Warrior - now at an even higher percent

Sounds very exciting for you. It's cool when you find something that seems to work. There are so many diets and beliefs out there that it's hard to know what to do sometimes. I don't think this diet is PERFECT. But I do believe it has helped me a great deal and probably more so than any other diet regiment.
For me, once I did my swami and starting eating more red meat, I felt like my immune system shifted into being a little better and my cholesterol actually went down. A bunch. So, some of us need meat. Some of us don't. As a warrior, you probably are better off without as much as some. But it seems like even a little is better than nothing.
Good for you for being willing to change and take a chance. It's not easy.

So happy that you are seeing good results. It is great when the results are visible. Keep at it, as your body is obviously happy with what you are doing.

JJ, Some of us have more healing to do when we start, and therefore, take more time to get where we want. I have noticed marked improvement in you, although I know we would all like to heal "right now", sometimes we have to be happy with God's pace. Just keep doing what's working...

weight is a product of health. focus on health and weight will take care of itself. we get too hung up on numbers...

I guess perfection might be relative for each of us. hehehe
My words aren't meant as a jab though. As I said, I think it's probably the best thing going. But I wouldn't know, I haven't tried them all. I don't really feel led to as this one seems to fit.

my weirdo-ness is seeking some other nutrition help. seems like something was working too good and too fast and everything broke loose and crashed. unpeeling the wallpaper more slowly now. i think the basis is great and i am going to see about integrating swami with these temporary changes. i've got a good base, just needs tweaking. so the fun will be explaining and evaluating the foods with the nutritionist in view of BTD/Swami. i need help making sure i'm getting all the nutrients i need in a less variety type way. think the BTD in avoiding lectins is key for my gut healing right now, but i've gotten too narrow and feel like i'm missing some nutrients i need. temporary changes. i will get my sulfur back. ahh, eggs, one day we will be reunited- you are so full of good stuff.
i got my mind back. neurotransmitters up. inflammation down. on the right track. my mind is getting clearer than it has been in years. getting to the point where i'm thinking whole new levels of processing are about to open up.
dear mercury, time that you say goodbye. it's been real, but not fun.
