I've been on a really good professional grade probiotic for over a year now, and decided to check into Dr. D's blood type specific probiotics to see what's so special about them.
My Swami says Chicory Root is a black dot for me. I noticed that Polyflora O has 100 mg of Chicory Root in it! How can something I am supposed to avoid for my GenoType be included in a product that I am supposed to take every day for the rest of my life???
I've read that probiotic supplements should be a minimum of 15 billion CFU in order to be effective and should also contain a minimum of 5 different strains. Dr. D's Polyflora O only contains 3 billion and has only two strains.
I sure would like to know more about Dr D's probiotics and how they stand up to the industry's best probiotics on the market today. |

The same people who are recommending those probiotics have no idea about blood type differences.
If you give someone the wrong type of anything, including probiotics for their blood type doesn't matter how many you give them, it ain't gonna work, so they give them more and more, eventually it works but if you give them less of the right one it will work too and better and without the fall out that the wrong ones cause.
like wise the special recipe that Dr D does enhances the reaction by giving them the right food including the chicory, perhaps if have the right type, the right amount of probiotic in your stomach, provided my polyflora recipe it is okay, the probiotics eat the chicory pretty quickly. it might even be the chicory Dr D provides is n a different form to that in the vegetable and in a tiny amount.
I trust Dr D, the longer you do this the more you trust him.

Dr D Clearly the Polyflora products have undergone stabilization or they would be shipped to us on ice and the bottles would say they need to be refrigerated.
Larch Arabinogalactan also stimulates natural production of butyrate. This nice article from NAP has that and more info about Larch. http://www.dadamo.com/science_larch.htm |
