What??? No.

This has been gone over a lot.

Grains = Uncooked
Vegetables = Uncooked

If you are dealing with pre-cooked grains you have to go based on how much of an increase in size it tends towards. Most of the time the amount of water you add is a good example of the size increase. Like brown rice is 2x water, and ends up being roughly twice as much.

Thank you so much.

I am a gatherer and blood Type O.

With the quinoa I have measured uncooked. It seemed like a lot and I was very full. I might see about measuring it cook so I dont end so full.

Thank you for your help.

If you are trying to lose weight try 1/4 cup uncooked for a meal. Plus you don't need to eat that 3x a day as you see, it recommends I think 1 to 3 servings a day.
