Happy New Year!  Thank you, I hope to get rid of this MS too.  Read that it could have been brewing 20 years, hope it doesn't take that long to get rid of it!
I've a joke..the Best Man at our wedding phoned late on 31DEC to wish us Happy New Year and said he had read up on gluten and what it does to a body  (I had initially told him about gluten) and had gone gluten-free at 220 and was now 183lbs!)  Mind you, he's had an operation about a month ago so I bet that's some of his weight loss, but going gluten free can't hurt (he's O+).  The amusing part was, he phoned again yesterday morning and asked if potato bread was ok to eat!  I had to report through my husband that it really wasn't!  But have since emailed him the link so he can research on his own.  And my son said that he has noticed the difference in me-better- from a year ago.  So lots of prayers, and fingers crossed.
