Sounds like a 'fructose mal-absorption', incorrect problem diagnosis to me. (FM is a symptom, not the problem)

Drea: your experience sounds more like mine.  So are you saying that you've still continued having onions and, in your case garlic? ( with me it's onions and ginger ).

I eat all three on a regular basis. I choose to follow my SWAMI; it's been working for me the best of all the "food therapies" I've tried. And, even before I found the BTD, I've had heat in my liver (according to TCM); it seems like it's part of my constitution.

I'm taking my power back by remembering that a belief is only a thought that I keep thinking,
