I am still walking on sunshine The positive feedback just keeps me more motivated to continue to do the right things. Some people try to sway you from what is right for you - but I am now seeing it is out of jealousy. People tell me oh just a little bit won't hurt you, just have some, don't you miss the good food. I just try to tell myself nothing tastes as good as healthy feels. Nothing feels better than clothes getting too big I personally hate shopping, but having to buy new ones because the old ones just don't fit any more is a great feeling With the holidays coming up I am more determined than ever to stick to the right way of eating for me. I know the vegan warrior diet isn't right for everyone - but is for me That is all the matters in the end So thank you for all the kind words and suport, it really does make a difference in my life

Happy to be a Proud Vegan Warrior A+Nonnie
