I took the last Swami and placed it on my computer..
I then opened another Swami and changed ONE line on the possibility of a new health 'condition' and then:
SWAMI changed my foods DAMATICALLY..
Wow so nice to have instant feed back of changes and comparisons..
and new instant shopping list..
I gained several dairy products.. I gained and lost some other things.. Fab!!!!! I love the changes just for change sake.. a new lease on life --- having fun.
Just this fooling around with one single answer.. created a whole different world for me..
I love it.. worth the paying a few dollars for SWAMI.. I love instant responses.
There is a song about Swami, I wish I could sing it like the old blues singer.. but I hear the melody in my head! I looked on google.. there is no song download for it.. so saaaad..
When I see other peoples medicines schedule-I am happy to be here taking care of my health I only wish to drop weight more easily-life would be perfectionBeing 'here' creates understanding. BTD prevents damage from eating avoids. Thanks Dr D & your sups - all support and friendships

I think the song is Swanee & I think that is a river.
I sure wish I had more info to add to my SWAMI also. Someday I hope to meet Dr. D or the group at Bridgeport & get more help!

Goldie! There is a wonderful Saint that they call Swami. George Harrison was a big fan and so am I. Sathya Sai Baba. Lots of vid's of him around. Don't know if there is a song but I'm sure there are chants.
It's so funny because when I say "thank you for my Swami" or "thanks to Swami".. I always think of Baba!!!
Also does anyone know when the new Swami changes will be in effect? I read something about them on some thread last week... didn't know if that was true or not.
And then of course there's Swanee sung by Al Jolsen....
I've been away from you a long time. I never thought I'd miss you so. Somehow I feel Your love is real. Near you I want to be. The birds are singing it is song time. The banjo's strumming soft and low. I know that you Yearn for me too. Swannee, you're calling me.
Swanee, how I love you, how I love you My dear old Swanee. I give the world to be Among the folks in D-I-X-I- Even though my mammy's Waiting for me, Praying for me Down by the Swanee. The folks up north will see me no more When I get to that Swanee shore.
(whistling) I miss the old folks at home.

I remember both Way Down Upon the Swanee River, and Swanee, How I Love Ya. I cross over the Swanee River every time I go back home to Florida. It is a pretty place and the new bridge is nice. I don't go very often anymore, though. Once every few years. Things changed so much. Kinda sad.

This business of changing input data intrigues me. I have changed mine several times as I have acquired new information. I would guess that is typical for folks in their first months of swami.
The change that has me chuckling is the Myers Briggs impact. Myers Briggs is an interesting instrument that is not considered by mental health/psychology professionals to be particularly valid. Interesting, yes. Valid, not necessarily. Scoring parts of my MB seems like a c**p shoot, dependent on my mood, which of course may be influenced by my recent health. When MB scores me as J-judging, I get chocolate as a diamond-- Hunter. When I am more tolerant and intuitive, chocolate is a neutral. I actually used a more comprehensive MB than the one linked to swami and changed from Hunter to Explorer.
Could it be that when I am less open, eg.: crabbier, grumpier, the chocolate is prescribed to improve my outlook and mood??
Goldie, so glad to hear your good news!!
