Some of the questions leave me guessing whether I should check boxes or not.
Examples:
Under health history:  Skin problems: I have sensitive skin so yes? Allergy or autoimmune: I have food allergies and sensitive to chemicals, is that what it means or is this seasonal allergies? Low grade infections: I used to get yeast infections all the time so yes? Liver problems: I don't know. I'm an Explorer and think I need a good cleansing so should I check this? Blood sugar problems: What do you experience if you have this? I've wondered but don't know. Environmental sensitivities: I'm not sure what this means. Help Please.

I would think "liver problems" would mean actual diagnosed problems, such as elevated liver enzymes from a blood test. Let SWAMI decide if you're an Explorer, Gatherer, or Hunter. I would say "yes" for the skin problems and allergies. I'm not sure whether or not to include "history of infections" if it's not a recent problem and it's all cleared up and the tendency towards the infections is gone.

Blood sugar problems are if you get cranky from low blood sugar following a high carb meal and/or if you forget to eat. Environmental sensitivities is if you react negatively to perfumes, etc, in the environment.

Just wanted to say thanks, you really helped me refine my swami. I can drive myself crazy with all the choices sometimes.

if not reflected in a blood test, then it is not worth clicking on

same goes for all the rest
