I'm confused, I purchased the book: Change Your Genetic Destiny by Dr. D and followed all of the instructions in that book. But people keep referring to the book called the GenoType Diet. I went on Amazon.com and noticed that both book titles are listed there with apparently the same publication dates. So.... is it the SAME book? Or are they two different books with similar titles? I can't tell. If they are different books, what is the difference between the two?

You probably have a Bantam Press edition that was printed in the UK.

It is paperback, but this edition is not commonly available in Arizona.

(One can get it shipped from the UK, if one wants that edition)
