When completing the Swami and it asks ?'s about my personal history, i.e., 'Have you been told you have elevated CRP?'.....Does that mean have you EVER been told you had elevated CRP? Or do you have it NOW? I'm confused. The time before last that I had my bloodwork done I did have elevated CRP but the last time I went I didn't. Should I check that box as yes??? Thank you!

I personally interpret it as NOW.

I run swami again each time I've made complete blood analyses because I like my diet to be appropriate for my present state of health.

For me I see little or no changes from time to time, but for you.. why not enter both ways and compare the list to see what changes? .. once you are reassured that your comfort zone has been reached, you will feel more confident in you and your diet efforts.

When I see other peoples medicines schedule-I am happy to be here taking care of my health I only wish to drop weight more easily-life would be perfectionBeing 'here' creates understanding. BTD prevents damage from eating avoids. Thanks Dr D & your sups - all support and friendships
