Hi everyone.  I need some help with my SWAMI.  I cannot get it to print out my report.  The button that says click to convert to PDF, it doesn't work no matter what I do.  I thought it might be a problem with my Internet connection so I asked Hubby to do it for me at work and he can't get it to work there either.  Can anyone offer me a tip on what to do?  I really would like a hard copy to make notes on.

We don't have control over it. Be patient. It works better some times than others.

I did just try the function in SWAMI and it took 2 minutes for me on a high speed connection.

thanks everyone.  I went to the library to use their high speed connection and was able to print it there.  We have satellite internet, it can be sketchy sometimes.
