I am a B-.  SWAMI typed me as a Gatherer.  So, fellow Gatherers, what's important to know at the beginning?  I am here to receive your wisdom!

Wow a B Gatherer.. nice .. you are in this at the right time of your life.. If there is diabetes in your family then look out to prevent as many triggers to stir up that condition.. I would start by buying Trehalose, plain to replace all your regular or artificial sugars for cooking and drinking..

Trehalose is sweet as sugar but the body does not react to it because the way I understand this, the molecule has 2 legs instead of 3 like sugar. 25.- for 2 pounds.. Its good for you!

If you wish to clean out your body of debree then buy Trehalose Complex from Dr D at NAP, and while you are at it they might send you a catalog of all supplements.. But you have no big need for any if you now are eating for B blood type, just info good to know.. tel 877 226 8973

At the same number you can ask for Bob and he will help with computer questions reg Swami.. should you have any need..  ..

WOW a B that can eat so many things I can not.. I would not eat chicken no matter what Swami tells you.. just my own ideas about my moms colon cancer.. a good thing to avoid in old age..

I just wish you all the best.. I will follow this thread and honor my moms diet through you..

The best suggestion I can make here is for you to take one of the above connections starting with all DrD wrote about him and from him, and learn, it will be some fun and informative.. to make all other things fall in place faster.  Expanding the brain is always a good thing and come natural to a B ..

Being here is invaluable, but not enough. We need ALL the Doctors. I needed them for a very small cancer spot-I could never feel!!! Please do your mammograms! Doing so saved me from cancer later on. I am grateful! Thanks for learning from my experience! I was lucky! I wish the same for YOU!

I have found the Trehalose complex from D'Adamo Personal Nutrition works well.

http://www.4yourtype.com/prodinfo.asp?number=NP067

The complex includes several ingredients, if you want pure trehalose it is available from a variety of sources.

Here is just one:
