For the SWAMI Xpress, on table 2 how do I find out my subtype (A1/A2), Lewis blood group, MN blood group, and on table 3 DNA Haplogroups? Where do I get this info? Thanks!

Most of what you list are blood tests, so you contact whoever does blood testing in your ares.

Haplogroup is a DNA test.

Correct.

SWAMI works fairly well without this info.

Finding out either Lewis or secretor status will make the most difference (do not gain much by supplying both).

Depending on what sort of DNA testing you have done to determine haplogroups, you may be able to determine other values (such as secretor status) from the same test.
