Could anyone tell me, when Swami asks whether 1) you have a history of pms, or 2)you are in perimenopause or menopause - I'm way past both those phases in age. Do I answer either question?
Thank you!

In addition to year of birth SWAMI Xpress, asks 3 questions related to menses: - Do you have a history of heavy menses/ menorrhagia:
- Do you have a history of premenstrual syndrome:
- Are you in peri-menopause/ menopause:
Answer the last question yes, and the two history questions truthfully for you. |

I'm wondering about that as well, as I used to have painful heavy menses but don't anymore - I don't know whether I'm pre-menopause or what but they're short and lo-flo nowadays I un-ticked it but I'm wondering if I shouldn't have???? |

You may want to run it both ways and see if it matters. I generally use the concept of answering questions truthfully. The question says history so I tend to assume if it was ever true tick it. In a few cases -- for clients that have too many things checked in SWAMI, I go back through and untick conditions that are not of an immediate concern and therefore do not need to be treated. This is not something I normally have to do. But if I found that I needed to, this is certainly one I would untick in your case. |
