Is raw organic sugar the same as what Dr. D. classifies as white/brown sugar?

Why not buy the TREAHALOSE powder as a sugar and do your self some good.. It is as good tasting as sugar but is not supposed to do damage.. in fact the opposite!  heal your body and brain..

2 pound about 23.- when ordering.. look at the other Trehalose / Complex threads..

I think we should use both kinds.. the 'Complex' from DrD as medicinal support and the plain trehalose as a sugar that is at least healthy..

When I see other peoples medicines schedule-I am happy to be here taking care of my health I only wish to drop weight more easily-life would be perfectionBeing 'here' creates understanding. BTD prevents damage from eating avoids. Thanks Dr D & your sups - all support and friendships
