When I had a locked parameter changed, it was the next business day and it was changed prior to me getting the e-mail...

It sounds like you've done what you can in e-mail.  If it doesn't happen soon, I would call to make sure the communication is clear.

I have never gotten any sort of reply when I used the "contact us" screen. I called, though, and got help right away. I don't know that I have ever seen a complaint about this problem before, but people have posted piles of complaints about the "notification" issue in the past! Strange......

Be sure to supply your Account Number so that they can easily identify the account to change.

As other mentioned if email does not work you can try phoning.

I checked my Swami just now and, thankfully, they changed it from neg. to positive. It changed only  a few foods from neutral to super but no change of avoids. I'm all set now for my eating, although I have been following the original plan, anyway. Now I'm waiting for my Haplogroup results and the 23 & Me testing kit.
