I've only recently started paying attention to my GHCs, and now with nonnieness they're different of course. But I must say: how could grapes with gruyere cheese and red wine go wrong?

Sounds like a great combo!
It is interesting that for me, red wine is a superfood and white wine is a neutral, but white wine is a possible match in all except one of my detox GH combos.

Grapes combined with gruyere cheese and red wine, among other things of course, make a four star combo for enhancing AGE removal. Grapes are SF, the others neutral. Today managed to squeeze in a five-star - carob with Atlantic mackerel Btw, had the grape combo for dinner
