Well, C_Sharp your advice to write to the address you noted is not valid. Either that, or they are so busy trying to "fix" all the problems they don't have time to answer their mail. On the other hand, maybe mail isn't that important to them anyway. I wonder if there is anyone else who suddenly found that the protein drink was not recommended for them in the diet anymore ..... Or the Unibars or this or that or the other!?! My first supplement list was five pages long. The new one is less than 2.5. And some of my food lists got the same treatment. Are we supposed to throw this stuff out now????? No, I won't be doing that. I think my body is going to be my spokeswoman until the software gets into better shape. Maybe it needs a double protein drink. After all we are paying customers, whether they particularly like some of us or not, and I think simply ignoring us is plain out rude. I think if there were an option to enter two or three heart attacks and a stroke or two, my food and supplement lists would not have changed so dramatically if I had done so.

Thank you all very much for your attempts to help me get my SWAMI issue resolved! I am happy to report that Bob talked to Dr. D. and his response was (not verbatim, of course!) that I am at a borderline situation and entering the weight loss triggered a lot of changes because of that. Bob's suggestion, which I consider a valid one, is to only make weight changes every six months or so, but to continue making any other changes that may come up at any time. This may not be so important to others who are not borderline. Bob was extremely helpful, and he welcomes the opportunity to help anyone! Thank you again, Bob, and Dr. D.!
