SWAMI is more recent and contains more food listings. For instance, ground cherries are rated in SWAMI and unrated in the Arthritis book.

Since SWAMI is personalized I have no idea what they would rate for you.

Help!  I did order SWAMI Xpress and entered all my data last night at home with one more piece to do here at work this morning before I run it.  My problem is that I left the address to the login site at home.  I have my account number, name and password but forgot that!  And I can't find it here on this site.  Does anyone have it?  I'd love to run my report (emphasizing only the joint issues for now as recommended above).
