I had generated my SWAMI Express personalized PDF file before two years. I would like to know, is there any food items added within last two years? Is there any software update in last two years?
All I want to know, is there any reason, I should generate that PDF file again on the SWAMI Xpress website?

I pretty sure there have been some changes in the last 2 years.
There was talk of an update coming at the end of summer 2012, but with everything else Dr. D. is busy with, I don't think that has happened yet...

There has only been minor updates and corrections during the last two years.
It will do no harm to run it again. You will get a few new foods, and changes in the rating of a few foods. These changes are so minor that many people will not notice the difference.
While you are running SWAMI again, you may want to review the data you entered and update that for any changes in health or new information you now have.
SWAMI will then make adjustments based on your current health needs.
