So here I am on my "fresh start" and just ate a huge plate of brussel sprouts. I just reran my swami as I was using my old one that I printed out and brussel sprouts weren't an avoid. As soon as I finished supper I noticed my nose started to run like crazy so I checked my new SWAMI and yes brussel sprouts are an avoid. I have to say when I cheat it is usually a small amount. I must have had at least 15 dozen brussel sprouts at it was my main part of dinner tonight. We just got a new printer so I better dispose of my old printout and do a new one. I rarely, if ever, eat brussel sprouts and when I went shopping today I figured I should add more variation to my diet. |

If you have deflect (supplement from Dr D's supplement store; you can buy it online) then that would be a good thing to take. If you don't have this supplement, then just be sure to drink lots of water and deal with the discomfort until it passes. It might be a few hours or it might be a few days.
I strongly suggest printing out that "wallet card" and keeping it with you when you go shopping. |

If I had deflect O on hand, I would take a couple capsules. http://www.4yourtype.com/prodinfo.asp?number=BT004OIf not, I would simply move on and remember that when I was at the grocery store or planting a garden brussel sprouts are not for me. Well they are kind of fun to grow, so I might plant them and give them away anyway. |

15 dozen brussels sprouts?? They are a diamond for me, but I would feel horrible after eating that much as well.
Drink lots of water (deflect is a good idea if you have it) and try to get some diamond fluids in you. |

Sorry, I was thinking one dozen and added the fifteen as that was more the approximate number. Wouldn't that be a sight. I don't have deflect but I do have some digestive enzymes. Thanks, forgot about those. I have little pin prickles all over my face now too (which I get with certain foods). I have to sort my paper work out tomorrow and print off the shopping card, which I haven't done yet. I am trying to eat food as singles to really note my reaction to them over the next week what a good way to start. At least I know what I am looking for now and how quickly the reaction really happens for me. |

Thank goodness it's 15 sprouts. Try to get some diamond fluids in you. Can you have yoghurt? It always helps me when I get an upset stomach. |

I wouldn't worry about that. It's a veggie. If you're going to eat an avoid, veggies would be the good ones. Hehhehehe. The runny nose part? That could just be because it's warm food and your sinuses needed some clearing. I wouldn't even take a supplement in this situation. That's just me. But we do all react differently to foods. Onions and garlic mess with me right now. But they're actually both diamonds on my list. |
