Here is my dilemma.  I need a green drink mix that does not have kelp, bladderwrack or nori in it.  Harmonia deluxe has some of this in it.  I am not eating well as I have Lyme disease.  Most other brands of green mixes also have sea greens in them that I can't have per swami.

Live cell is not enough to give me what I need.  So I am going to have to get some kind of green mix that has avoids in it.  What will those sea vegetables, kep, bladderwrack and nori do to me?  Please don't suggest juicing. I will be able to do that eventually but I don't have the energy most of the time to even cook an egg.  I need a green drink mix to help me get back up on my feet.

I take all the recommended supplements. Can anyone suggest something?  Or I just may just get the harmonia deluxe and just have to get the avoids in it too.

I would go for the harmonia over any other green drink out there

I have Synergy organic supergreen powder, which has none of the avoids you mentioned. Looking on the website-doesn't seem that it's available for delivery in the states though...

With avoids, for me, the first thing to know is if it is an avoid because of a lectin, because then I know I will certainly react. If not however it may be worth just trying it and seeing what happens-and it you feel fine, then don't stress it too much. . . This is the case with a few oils for me-like sunflower. Os are'nt supposed to have it, but I don't get problems. I will probably get told off for saying that lol-but I think you have to make the diet work for you.

Can you have wheat grass? You may be able to find a product that's JUST wheat grass powder. The mixtures are likely to contain sea veggies in the mix.

If you're going to go with a product containing some avoids, Harmonia Delux is probably the safest way to go. But a single ingredient powder that's compliant would probably be a better choice.

I am barely getting any vegetables in, rarely any fruit and my body needs it.  I need a mixture that has multiple vegetables and fruits in it.  I am going to take Live Cell too.  I trust NAP supplements and my Lyme doctor has her own mixture she prefers but it has sea vegetables in it too.  I want to stick with NAP if I can.  If I don't have any reaction to the sea vegetables then it will be okay.

I just am not digesting much of anything, so either the green drinks or juicing is definitely what needs to be done.  I just don't have any energy or feel well enough to do anything in the kitchen.  DH is useless in the kitchen.  Seeing a surgeon tomorrow to put in an IV port for antibiotics so I can spare my stomach some.

There was a thread recently about powdered fruit- things like acia are available in powders that you can blend with water or add to green smoothies. Something like that might be good for you right now, either to drink on its own or to add to greens powders.

I believe that in some conditions a many-sided product with a very good quality can maybe lose its downsides, because there are so many upsides... I bolded my avoids, but there are many other good superfoods in the mix. And we all need much greens...?

I take harmonia as an A and never had any bad reactions to it. In fact I feel great after taking it. Kelp is an avoid for me as well and I used to take kelp capsules for the iodine, but stopped because they gave me a rash. Never had that with Harmonia eventhough I took it for a few weeks every day. Perhaps the kind of kelp that is used? No idea, but I would say try it.

I just ordered that. Been looking for one. Allot of avoids in the ones on the market. Only just discovered one was here right under my nose all along.

Tried it. All I can say is. mooooo. That will take some getting used to. Being a super taster does not help. Sure is hard to mix too. What can I mix it with to make it taste better?

Tried harmonia again with just plain water this time. It was much better than with the pineapple juice.

That sounds good. Another thing I will try is to reserve the water from cooking veggies to use with it.

Here is a hopeful question. Does harmonia count as a vegetable- fruit serving?

I think it would count as a "Live foods" serving...
