I took an IgG4 residual food test last summer before I started your program. Asparagus, avocado, garlic, squash, blueberries, papaya, pineapple, and red grapes were on the avoid list, which were basically a lot of the things I had been eating. Yet they are on my Swami superfoods or neutrals lists. (There were also a few things on both the Swami and IgG4 avoid lists). Can you explain the discrepency?
