Is there a swami user who is blood type O. Which chicken is an avoid for him or her. Its because lately when I ate chicken I feel something odd. But its just lately. I`m not a swami user. I posted this because something cross my mind saying is that possible? |

Hiya Marc
My mother-in-law is a Hunter (O+) on Swami and chicken is an avoid for her so....
We're all unique, if you suspect chicken is the culprit, try eliminating it from your diet and then reintroduce after a period of time and see if you can clearly identify that the chicken is responsible - say by cooking it completely plain and eating it on its own.
Good Luck!

I am also a Hunter o+ but chicken is a superfood for me. I get the same feeling when I eat turkey, I love it though, which is too bad as it's also listed as a superfood for me. I will have to try it single it out next time. Maybe I had other avoids with it? Can't remember, it just didn't feel right. |

Chicken is a black dot for Gatherers, so it makes sense that some O Gatherers may have chicken as an avoid or a black dot on their SWAMIs. As others have shared, this can happen to O Hunters, and it's likely it could happen to an O Explorer too.
We're all unique individuals. Blood type is just the beginning of figuring out what we should be eating. |

That is a good thought. From here, there are things that you really can`t tell when you don`t have a swami yet. |
