I am a B-Explorer using SWAMI for whom it appears goat milk is A-OK. YAY! But alas, butter is now a black dot for me (so sad) - but I was wondering if GOAT BUTTER might be an exception??? C'mon - throw me a bone! As a B turned Explorer following SWAMI a lot of my cheeses and dairy have turned out to be not-so-good. I'm hoping maybe Goat products might make the neutral cut. Anybody know? |

My guess is that Ghee made from either cow or goat butter will be better for you then butter.

Hmmmmm...Goat ghee. Didn't think of that. I've got cow ghee. Thanks. |

Yeah , I came across goats butter and was thinking about t6he ghee angle too for my daughter, it's gotta be better than Cows milk. mind you the cows milk I use is organic, the goats butter isn't.

Yes! This was my thought. I know ghee is beneficial but since goats milk is neutral I would think other goat products might fall in the same category. It isn't specified so I was hopeful. |
