So, having gone from Gatherer (in measurement) to Explorer in SWAMI, I noticed that the improved asthma/ breathing I was noticing on the Gatherer diet was being somewhat reversed on my SWAMI Explorer diet. I knew my food choices hadn't changed dramatically, so I was trying to pinpoint what I was eating that was different that could be causing the reaction. The only thing I could come up with was apples, which were an avoid as a Gatherer & bennie as an Explorer. I decided to cut them out & see if it makes a difference. Because of all my allergies, asthma, environmental sensitivities, etc., I'm pretty sure I'm a nonnie, but I'll find out for sure after I do my annual blood work in Feb. Anyway, just for kicks, I reran my SWAMI as a nonnie & apples become an avoid, not even a black dot, just a plain 'ole avoid. It was one of those a-ha moments. Hopefully, after a few weeks of avoiding them, my breathing will come around again. On the plus side, I'll get avocado back!
Whenever I feel blue, I start breathing again! Goal weight acheived!! Woo Hoo!!!! DH of 18 yrs. O+, DS 17yo O, DS 5yo O, not sure on the boys' RH status.

It'll be interesting to see what your secretor status is and what it does to your swami. That's great that it has helped your conditions. That is totally wonderful!!!
