Exercise- BTD or GTD book?
The Food Plan - Follow Swami and make sure I eat plenty of diamonds- Is that the fastest way to drop pounds?

The more individualized recommendations in Swami Xpress are more suited to you.
Put more information into Swami Xpress in the future if you are able. The responding new advice that Swami gives you will be better suited that the earlier advice.
By giving it more information Swami can become more individualized for you - a great advantage of using Swami. |

I follow my SWAMI (pro) and I have been gaining weight ever since  -- My take is that the plan will bring you to the optimum weight that you need for your specific health conditions. |

SWAMI should have exercise reccomendations after the food lists. Those exercise reccomendations are more individualized than the ones in the BTD or the GTD book.
Of course, use common sense when implementing a new exercise plan. Some people need to start slow and gently work up to SWAMI reccomendations. You don't want to injure yourself, and it's better to "under-exercise" for a few weeks than it is to hurt yourself and not be able to exercise for longer. Also, for A's especially, stress interferes with wieght loss, so an exercise routine that overly stresses your body would be counter-productive. If workouts leave you tired rather than energized, do shorter workouts until you build up stamina. |

I'm sorry that I didn't think to remind you to print the "Full" report... it is just an automatic for me to print the full report to a *.pdf file and then print the pages I want to have handy... I've actually never even looked at the short report - maybe that would save me some time printing the pages I want...  |
