I want to get some lecithin. Is it OK if it is derived from soy for an O?
I read a post somewhere a couple of weeks ago about Lola using it. What type of lecithin is recommended for O's? |

soy lecithin is fine, unless your personalized swami placed it in the avoid category in general, even Bs can have soy lecithin in their fluidizer cocktail |

I get 2 SWAMI values: Soybean Granules, Lecithin (avoid) Lecithin (neutral) Is it OK to take the lecithin in supplement form, such as this one? http://www.amazon.com/NOW-Food.....325752534&sr=8-1Is plain lecithin from soy (the above supplement) different from soybean granules? |

I would take it that meant soy lecithin was avoid, but lecithin from other sources was ok, but I don't know whether that's what's its supposed to mean...... |

Lola - I get soy lecithin as a neutral and I use a NOW - non-GMO which has immensely helped my liver and digestion (I have no gallbladder); between this and the Hepatiguard, major improvements in the liver department.
The egg lecithin, I've never heard of it, what brand do you use?
Thanks. |

The only Fearn brand lecithin products (granules or liquid) I can find are Soy products. |

If you go to this page it shows soy lecithin and lecithin granules. I would say the one on the bottom is not from soy as the egg lecithin is more expensive than a soy lecithin...from what I have seen anyhow. http://www.modernfearn.com/index_files/Page642.htmDebra P.S. Might be best if you contacted the company and asked. |

Since it doesn't show what type it is, I would def. recommend contacting them to find out. |

That one is more expensive because it is for twelve 16 ounce canisters. I presume the canisters, are just the normal Fearn Lecithin which is derived from soy. One example of many showing Fearn soy lecithin canisters: http://www.4allvitamins.com/pr.....&referrer=googleOf course it does not hurt to check with the company. |

If you can't find the egg lecithin locally, but a local store carries other products by the same company, you can ask the company to order the product for you. |
