Seeing as how my genetype has changed several times since I purchased the program (Some because of health changes, once just random, and once due to being over eager and mismeasuring) I want to wait until the updates are done before I go full force back in to the diet. My lists are quite varied with each change and I want to eat what my body needs to be healthly. I have been eating vegan lately since I do not feel fish are safe to eat with all the contamination isssues in our oceans and seafood has been my laregest protien group - except when I was a warrior and vegetable protien was the largest protien group. Being an A+ nonie, I think vegan eating works well- Dr. D even posted A's could be vegan - but it is not manditory. Does anyone when know when the updates will be done? I originally read it would be the end of summer, then this fall and now it is winter. I don't mind waiting, I would just like to know if there is a time frame for when it will be done. My health seems to be delclining - first daibetes and high lever function, then high triglycerides and now thyriod issues. I feel if I finally get settled into the correct geneotype that I may be able to resovle these health issues- but with all the changes in genotype I feel like at least a vegan diet is stable for now. Any in put would greatly appreciated.
P.S. add lactose intolerance to the list of health issues - that is the most recent - yes I updated my profile - I had to call it in because it is a time locked item.

explorernm,
one thing you can be sure of, no matter how many updates, which are all great, you will never be a nomad or a hunter!!! haha
''Just follow the book, don't look for magic fixes to get you off the hook. Do the work.'' Dr.D.'98 DNA mt/Haplo H; Y-chrom/J2(M172);ISTJ The harder you are on yourself, the easier life will be on you!
This Nomad doesn't get that much cheese allowed. 4 servings per week at 3-4 ounces. And I don't even eat it right now because it stops me up. Just a little butter is all I eat. So, the grass isn't always greener. If you can have chicken, I'm insanely jealous.

I have had a thyroid condition for 10 years, in fact was the reason I started this way of life, but it has not improved, so I have accepted that. However, a more recent diagnosis of diabetes has been relatively easy to control with diet and exercise (easy in the sense that my motivation is so high that I would climb Mt Everest if that were the only way to deal with it). I have a Swami (warrior) diet, and am not vegan or vegetarian, just a little poultry and fish according to the recommendations. Keep positive, and good luck. It will be great for you when the new revision comes out.
Heheh, yeah, it was supposed to be late summer. I'm sure it'll be worth the wait!
