each time I log on to my swami. I get the "Edit You Swami Profile"   go to the bottom of page and have to request the save a print. I kind of get lost there. Put somehow it comes up. I've noticed that it says I've edited 11 time. Which isn't really true. Seems like maybe I'm getting into my accout in an indirect way.  Am is doing it right?

each time I log on to my swami. I get the "Edit You Swami Profile"

This is the normal behavior of the product.

At this point you should click on the tab "Edit Your SWAMI Profile"

No need to save your account information again if you are not making changes.

Simply click on the tab "Edit Your SWAMI Profile" to start working on your SWAMI profile.

If you go to the bottom of the SWAMI data entry screen quickly.

Use the
"Jump Table: | 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 | 6 | 7 | 8 | 9 | A | B | C  |"

Links. Select the last link ("C") to go to the end of the page without having to scroll.

Select "Save and prepare to Print Diet Report" if you want to view your diet report.

Edit count does not matter. You can edit as many times as you want. I have edited my SWAMI Xpress account hundreds of times. Some of those times, I made no changes I just clicked the buttons to access my diet report.

There is not a single right way to log into SWAMI.  As long as you are able to log in and access your account your must be doing it correct. Anything significant that you did wrong would prevent you from logging in.

There are methods that are less efficient and take more time and some that result in you getting an email each time you access SWAMI. But I do not find these issues prevent people from getting diet reports.

MIfHI                            I follow a SWAMI diet.

Thanks, I see no problems then, just didn't want to cause any problems later on.
