I was having problems interpreting one fingerprint, so I used some lipstick to make a print   ...and when I made the change in Swami, I went back to a Hunter...seems it's very close. (39%,38%) The diets are very close too, so I'm thinking I can pick the SF's from the two lists and focus on them, but what do you all think?

I know I have issues with my liver...nothing diagnosed, but my sensitivities, high cholesterol and triglycerides even though I'm thin, and high hormone levels...I would really appreciate some input from some of the experts here...thank you all...

The overall diet and food lists SWAMI gives you should only change minimally when making that change.

Do they?

When on SWAMI, one should actually totally ignore all BTD and GTD food lists. It is totally irrelevant what genotype (percentage) SWAMI attaches to your characteristics. In any case, SWAMI optimizes the diet to you as an individual.

The reason SWAMI makes those slight changes to your food lists based on that tiny bit of altered information (regarding your fingerprint), is that SWAMI feels those changes are an improvement and result in a diet that better fits your body.

I think you should enter the information into SWAMI as carefully as possible. If you make a change and it changes your food list, then see if the information you added was accurate. If it's accurate, then the newer SWAMI list should be a "better fit" for you than the old list, and you should follow that one. If you feel that the information added was in error, then change it back to how it was before, and follow that list.

You'll drive yourself crazy trying to follow every SWAMI variation at the same time. Whatever the label, the most accurate information you entered will give you the most accurate food list, and you should follow that.

Pick one and follow it!
