i have been measuring lately. I eat about 2 oz of some sort of protein 4 or 5 times a day, and yes, it feels like I eat all day long but I guess that's what I have to do. I does stabilize my blood sugar too. I guess i've always been a snacker even when I ate regular meals. Now my meals are snack size. It's just really hard with a family to cook big meals and eat a few bites and sit and watch my boys take foever to eat thei super-sized meals.
