I'm say over 2/3 of my list (right side) has cranberry juice, hazelnut oil together in it using ingredients from that side I can make a dressing something I could make once a week or so. The left side is mostly fish, and most of which I can't get here, but lamb, ghee, squash are on the left side and I could use the dressing or sauce with them.
I picked for swami to choose, I was wondering about printing off two other list, (of my choosing) and perhaps incorporating them as well. Would that be counter productive? |

I think the GH combos from other lists will have a different focus, so in that sense, it will take some focus away from the intended goal of the SWAMI chosen GH list. It shouldn't do any harm, however. |

My GH food list is for Enhancing Cellular Detoxification.. Can't find that on the list of options. Maybe Ubiquitinylation? (I'm going by the description) or Enhance Global methylation? |

I juiced a Super combo last night with 6 foods. This time with the juiced tomato, I added zucchini, endive, grapefruit, bok choy & then 2 ounces of goji berry juice. Stirred it up and drank it down! Then for dinner after my juice, I made a small geno harmonic combo: buffalo dog with hearts of palm. Whoa I felt super-duper good! My skin has stopped itching since these last 2 days of doing geno harmonic combos. |

I got the hearts of palm at Trader Joe's- most supermarkets carry them canned or in glass jars. Whole foods has really good canned ones. The ones at T Joe's were in a glass jar. I love hearts of palm. they are so tasty. You can also order buffalo online from several places. I don't see why you'd have to wait. I like the buffalo hot dogs from Whole Foods. |

I will look but won't hold my breath, my choices are Walmart, and the local thriftway. The only Whole foods in Arkansas is 85 miles away. |

Ubiquitinylation - best I can determine it is the recycling of proteins. It would be one form of cellular detoxification. Methylation - involved in many processes which also involve detox, etc. Here is a page that describes some of the processes of methylation in somewhat layman's terms. http://www.drmyhill.co.uk/wiki/CFS_-_The_Methylation_Cycle |

You just gave me a good idea too. I think I will print all of them, and if something doesn't suit my fancy on the list I'm using now on a given day, something on another one might. I would guess at my age that any of them would be good for me, but I will consentrate more on the one I am using now. |

Well, I don't think I especially need THAT! Thanks for the link to the explanation! |

I found that useful, I don't think I have cfs but I'm fatigued alot and easily.
What I don't understand a bout my ghf list is which of the 6 it is? Or is it a mix of all although that would be "broad genotrophic" not Compute best. yes, no?

If you specify "Compute best" and want to know what was selected you can look in two places: Either at the beginning of the diet report in the "Further Customization (2)" section. Look for the discussion of GenoHarmonic Relationships.
Or go to to the first page of the diet report listing the Geno Harmonic foods. Look at the top of this page. The GenoHarmonic food clustering technique is shown in large type. |

Compute Best - SWAMI will pick the best of the 4 to focus on. Broad Benefit - A mix of the four different Genoharmonic Combo groups. Gene Fidelity - (methylation)
Quoted Text
Enhancing Global Remethylation Effects : These Geno-Harmonic food relationships emphasize superbeneficial foods for your blood type and GenoType which contain nutrients that enhance gene methylation (which increases the fidelity of your gene's ability to make good quality copies of itself). Because the loss of gene fidelity is a major hallmark of aging cells, using these food combinations will produce maximum personalized anti-aging effects in your body. Loss of methyl groups over our lifespan is a precondition for a cell's ability to turn cancerous, so these Geno-Harmonic food combinations will also have anti-cancer effects in your body as well.
Gene Control - (histones)
Quoted Text
Enhancing Histone Acetylation Effects : These Geno-Harmonic food relationships emphasize superbeneficial foods for your blood type and GenoType which contain nutrients that enhance the function of histones, proteins which allow DNA to coil and condense itself. Proper histone function increases the ability of your genes to react promptly and efficiently to environmental stimuli; for example, allowing for the rapid removal of toxins. Because the loss of histone function is a major precondition for a cell's ability to turn cancerous, Geno-Harmonic food combinations will have maximum personalized anti-cancer effects in your body.
Glycation Removal - (sugar)
Quoted Text
Enhancing Glycation Endproduct Removal : These Geno-Harmonic food relationships emphasize superbeneficial foods for your blood type and GenoType which contain nutrients that enhance the removal of Advanced Glycation Endproducts (AGE) molecules. Because the accumulation of AGE molecules in brain tissue, arteries and digestive organs is a major hallmark of aging, using these food combinations will have maximium personalized anti-aging effects in your body. AGE molecules are also responsible for many of the conditions characteristic of poor blood sugar control, including diabetes, obesity and metabolic syndrome.
Ubiquinylation - (cell detox)
Quoted Text
Enhancing Cellular Detoxification : These Geno-Harmonic food relationships emphasize superbeneficial foods for your blood type and GenoType which contain nutrients that enhance detoxification. Many of the genes found in the liver (the 'Phase I and Phase II' enzyme systems) speed the removal of man-made (xenobiotic) chemicals from the body. These are enhanced by choosing to eat foods combined as listed below. Other food combinations enhance the ability of the body's cells to excrete their metabolic waste products into the blood and lymph. Food combinations which speed removal of waste material from the intestines and kidneys or balance the level of microbial overgrowth in the digestive tract are also emphasized.

Just above, I documented the choice from the list, then the paragraph from the SWAMI print describing what the GH was doing... Hope this helps. |

Yes indeeded the light is much brighter. and thanks to all with the information. I also see the reasons for this one. I wonder if when my white line go I will get to work on something else. They are much better than before. This sure is an interesting diet. Once you think you know it, it changes. Keeps you on your toes. |

Wow, after taking some time to review the other GH lists - other than the Cellular Detox list that came up with my original SWAMI print, I found that my body had been "choosing" several GH combos from the "Methylation" list. This is a really interesting concept. |
