Apparently I can have goat milk as a SWAMI Explorer.  I found a canned one at the market.  It has disodium phosphate in it.  Is that ok?  Might a healthfood store carry one that doesn't have that in it?

might want to venture into making your own from scratch with compliant ingredients in your list

The book does not show it as an avoid for GT4 or GT6. Not sure if it was considered in the diet.

Hmmm are you implying someone is a goat here? Make your own?

The link talks about grain milks...  Not quite what was being discussed in the thread, but somewhat appropriate...

See if you can find someone in your area that sells fresh goat milk. I buy from a local lady and I get cheese or I turn the milk into yogurt. http://www.localharvest.org/csa/

yeah, make his own milk if need be, from compliant sources, if goat milk were not his best choice.......

no, he s not a goat, we all know that, and yes, the thread title is about goat milk.

Thanks for all of the help.  I am familiar with localharvest.org.  I do all of my shopping locally at farmers markets if possible.  I just checked it again for goats milk and can't find anybody.  I will ask some of the farmers if they know of sources.  I would think fresh would be better than canned, just as milk tends to be.
