Where does goat cheese fit in?  I dont' find it on any of my lists.  Goat milk is an avoid, and so is cow milk, but there are some cow cheeses as superfoods.  Any experiences?  France is not a good place to do a very specific diet--food here is king of culture.  Thank god red wine is a diamond!

Here in France we eat a lot 'tartiens', basically bread with something on it--butter and honey, butter and jam for breakfast, tartien du foie gras.  It's a nice way to eat if you can handle all the bread.  A really, really really good one is sliced goat cheese drizzled with honey into the oven.  Wow!  I've had it with spelt bread, and it's just as great as a classic baguette.

Ok, so I have been eating goat cheese on my salads and I hate to bring this up, but I think I may need to monitor it, since I started my digestive system is not the same and less bowel movements.

Maybe I am not good with any dairy at all regardless of my hunter genes.
