My Swami downgraded yerba mate from "diamond" to just superfood.  Also, the same with other foods ie. pineapple, broad beans etc.  What was the reason for that?  I thought that it was perfectly fine the way the GTD book had it.  Why the change?

Lola...no, I did not ask for anti inflammatory...where does it ask me for that?  Is it where I should check the line that asks if I have a history of arthritis?  I did not check any of those options because basically, I have no outstanding history or current awareness of any ailments.  My knees used to hurt but not anymore. I used to be a bit overweight, but not anymore. When I read some of these posts I realize how very lucky I am with my health.

Does it really matter? I personally find notice no difference in how I eat my diamonds vs how I eat my superfoods- both are things I try to include in my diet frequently.
