Swami now done and it's official...calculated as a Gatherer.   Some things still change.   My biggest bonus is that 'beef' is a superfood.     My favorite breakfast that makes me feel soooooooooooo good for the day.   Lost apples again, but who cares now.    Lentils are neutrals which is a good thing too.  I can add them to my soups again.

Off to look at my lists some more.

Glad to hear you got the SWAMI finished, Debra.  After your post about finger lengths & being an Explorer, I went and remeasured my fingers, and my ring fingers were longer too.  I checked the Advanced Calculator  in the book & it said I was an Explorer too, so I changed my measurements in my SWAMI, but it still came back as Gatherer for me too.  I can really relate to the liver issues of an Explorer, but I do love my combination BTD / GTD SWAMI food choices.  Guess we just have to keep on Gatherin'.
And also remeasured my husbands fingers and he's now a Hunter. (originally thought he was a Gatherer too).  He wasn't eager to follow the plan before, but since we figured he's a Hunter, he seems more agreeable to being more compliant.  Thrilled about that!

Yeah...glad to know that I really was on the right track.  The finger issue was so minute that it kept me at a gatherer.  A mm difference give or take.  And other measurements that kept me there too.   Have some more weight to lose which took basmati and millet to the neutral zone.  Once I get down to what I want Swami may give it back as they do make me feel wonderful.  The liver issue will be helped by the diet also and other ways.  Just gotta keep pluggin' away.

Good persistence, Debra.  You liked the Gatherer diet didn't you?  Yeah, grains can hold weight on Gatherers sometimes. .

Thanks all.  Yes, I have to cut the grains somewhat.  Kinda more like BTD O for a while.   And...get back on track with more exercise.  Have abdominal/ovary issues I am trying to work out which intensify with the heavier exercise.  Just can't seem to find anything by conventional methods...aaahhhh nonnieness.     Isa...we still have lamb and turkey together.  And nothing can take away our roostersisness.
