I have ran my swami xpress and so far very happy with it, I am wondering though, in the history section, if BTD has fixed many of my problems from over the past ten years, ie. UTI, bowel or digestive problems, should I still mark those check boxes? Or only the ones that are in my history I am dealing with still, ie. skin, mood...?
I guess it does say history - but BTD has taken care of me so well the past 6 yrs , that these parts of my history seems so very far away!
Second queery, what is environmental sensitivities, or more importantly, how do you determine if your own are actual sensitivities or normal? ie. would burning quickly in the sun count?
You should check issues that you would like SWAMI to address. If they are no longer issues, I would not check them.
You can always rerun the program with different issues checked to see what difference it makes. Also, you may not want to give it too muany issues to work on at once as the resulting changes may counteract each other. Concentrate on what needs the work, ie present history/concerns.
I seem to like all the geno-harmony lists that the SWAMI does NOT compute as best for me..
ie geno-detoxification has been suggested when I select compute-best, however if I manually select and print reports using all the other choices, like broad-effect, I actually would eat those combinations, but not what SWAMI is suggesting for me (limited by foods I know where to procure on the list) is this just a case of denial? what geno-harmony selection is everyone else using?
