I think after all these years on the BTD (mid 90s), I'll have to breakdown and get a SWAMI.  Were there any surprises?

That means good company in the house!

SWAMI is reliable, quick, sophisticated and full of surprises. Objective with the best of intentions and fortright with invaluable advise. Never hesitant with good recommendations (probably knows it is the Best  ~ well, after Dr D of course). A treasure!

I was ready as I ordered it last Thursday and was getting quite anxious. I had my GTD book all filled out and the results & notes from my ND so it didn't take much time. I will really play with it this evening to understand all it does.

Oh I do have a question: I did not see hunter % or other gt & % either. How do I see that

Indeed, I am excited to learn to really use it. But I didn't see any advice on the report to help me lower my golf handicap

You will not see percentages of other GenoTypes.

To see how well your calculated GenoType matches you:

Make sure you do not choose an abbreviated report

Also choose for GenoType:      "Determine GenoType for me"
rather than telling it a particular GenoType.

The percentage figure is on fourth page or so of the diet report.

Thanks C! I found the non abbreviated report wow it's long - pretty cool.
I had the determine gt for me as I remember reading that in another string.
I also found that I'm 53% Hunter...

Hey Golfzilla, welcome to the SWAMI club.  I love my SWAMI...

It seems to have expanded my diet in some areas, and restricted it just a bit in others, because I am a nonnie.  I was somewhere in the 50% ranges, too...which does seem higher than most.

Give us meat, meat, MEAT!   I swear, I know vegetables are good for me and I do make an effort.  Have even learned to love many--but I tell you I could probably go for days without vegetation and be perfectly happy...but I can't live with my MEAT!

Have fun!

Yeah, I have always been a voracious meat eater but i do love my veggies & fruit.

Swami is so cool. I think I have more choices now than before or at least more that I like

No surprises for me, really, but a lot of my neutral foods became diamonds, and some of my old standby foods became black dots or even worse,  , avoids. It's good to know, however, that I'm finally as fine-tuned as I can be.

It is not my responsibility to convince anyone of anything.
