Does anyone know how compliant this is please. The Oat milk I can buy has the following ingredients
oats base (water, oats 10%
rapeseed oil
salt
calcium carbonate
calcium phosphates
vitamin D
riboflavin
folic acid
and B12

I must say I am enjoying in in drinks.

The rapeseed oil = canola oil which is pretty much an avoid. Check your lists for all ingredients, such as oats, which will vary from one personto the next. Unlisted items are neutrals. The form or b12 and VIt D are things you may or may not care to pay attention to.

I checked and found oats were a neutral but Canola oil was an avoid with a black dot - also I found palm oil as an avoid - I eat quite a lot of this in a dairy free spread so need now to wean myself away from it

By Oatly, right? You can get their organic version with just oats, water and salt as ingredients. In the UK Sainsbury's have them for example. Great with coffee as the kind with calcium looks a bit dodgy. Soy milk will easily develop a skin when warmed but this one doesn't you can even boil it
