I must gush.  Thar she blows!!

I am SO LOVING THIS SWAMI XPRESS.  The more closely I study the recommendations and compare them to recollections of my overall health , the better sense I make to myself.

And know what is selling me?  I CAN DO ALL THIS.

Hands down, I'm the weirdest health person anybody around me knows.  They all tell me that.  They have all told me that for years.

Well, primarily it's because "normal" diets and "healthy" living activities simply do not make me healthy.  Foods taste different to me than they do to the people around me.  I have to scrounge to concoct cauldrons that will have things that won't trigger me, things that won't disturb my digestion, things that won't keep me awake, things that won't put me to sleep...

No forcing super-taster me to drink green tea with no sugar (I was gobsmacked when I tested as a super-taster.  I was certain I was a non-taster because I love cruciferous veggies).  No requirements to locate and consume foods that are not even part of my world, all the tools and freedom in this universe now to write recipes and adapt them with food and ingredients that confirm what I know are good and actually work for me.

Nothing in SWAMI about heart rates (for me at least), sweat levels (exertion triggers migraine for me and anyway, I have no vestibular function), hours of sleep per night, special things to buy other than the supplements (and I've been buying some of them for years anyhow--because they work!).

I am just happy right now. I believe I may consider getting SWAMI Xpress for my two O- daughters for their birthdays in a couple of months.

Just...yay.  =^-^=

Thanks everybody.

On my list for today's day of rest for me:  Comparing and adapting some of my fav recipes, making them GT-R4myT.

And I'm going to have SALMON AND EGGS for breakfast no matter what my mother says.

I'm somewhat out of the loop. I wonder if there's a link to a sample SWAMI readout? I don't know what it is I'm missing...
