Two questions:
caffeine sensitive? - I used to drink lots of caffeine tea, now I find I sleep better if I drink green tea, and keep black tea to one a day.  Would you call this caffeine sensitive?
Finger prints - I have lots of white lines and can only read Thumb and first finger print which are ulnar loops. I am using 'composite" for others. Is this okay or any better suggestions?
On the caffeine I know this is an explorer  trait and when I ran the swami report I let the system pick and it came up explorer so I'm concerned this is due to ticking caffeine sensitive. Appreciate guidnace

You might want to read the caffeine sensitivity test presented on page 67 of the GenoType book.

It sounds to me like this test would be positive for you.

Fingerprints can sometimes strongly influence the outcome of SWAMI a lot you may want to look at some of the alternative methods to take fingerprints mentioned in various posts.

http://www.google.com/custom?h.....itesearch=dadamo.com

Composite fingerprints are relatively rare. Ulnar loops are more common you might want to guess the more common fingerprint pattern if you still cannot read them.

You could try several fingerprint pattern combinations (perhaps labeling all of them ulnar loops then change all the unknown fingerprint patterns to whorls) in SWAMI and generate a diet report  for each combination and see how much difference changes makes to your diet.

If  changing your fingerprint patterns makes no difference in your diet recommendations, you may decide not to worry about the patterns.

If the fingerprint makes a difference, you may want to figure out a way to read the prints. This might include going to a police booking station and asking them to read your prints for you.

Welcome to the forums, Lin!  Happy new year!

On the fingerprints, have you tried using a small lighted magnifying glass to view your prints more clearly?

What happens if you drink green tea or black tea late in the day?

Welcome Lin!  The fingerprints have got a few of us in spins too.  Give attention to your hands for the next couple of days, keeping them hydrated and moisturized, make sure you yourself stay hydrated by drinking your require quota of water a day and try again to see those prints.  I find the magnifying glass very good.  There is an inflated baloon method too posted somewhere else here that might be better, I have not tried it yet, but sounds good.  C_Sharp will soon direct you to it no doubt.

Balloon method:

Some prefer to use permanent markers to ink fingers rather than stamp pad ink.
