I bought the Geno testing kit, took measurements, answered questions. Compared the results to the Geno Book - I'm a HUNTER! My SWAMI Express came in the mail today. Excitedly, I entered the information. Uh, oh, wait...not a Hunter - SWAMI says I'm an EXPLORER. Huh? I'm don't have a "muscular" type body or broad features - nor did I even when I was young and thin.
Well, anyway, one big mistake dawned on me when doing SWAMI - I measured my finger lengths wrong (had the ruler between the wrong fingers). And of course SWAMI asks all those health history questions, etc., and now it makes sense. I'm a mess with inflammation issues, I don't feel well on some of the foods that were allowed for Hunter but are avoids for Explorer.
So for all you out there just going by the book, using general physical characteristics within your blood type, and not paying attention to little detals - it can be confusing....SWAMI is the way to go~! |

Good detective work!! And congratulations on getting it all sorted out. You're set to move on to the next level, and I'm jealous because I have not done my swami yet! |

Using Custom SWAMI Food List Sun Beh NimModerator

There are two SWAMI's available. One is for home use and can be purchased from NAP. With the home version when you receive your SWAMI in the mail, you create an account on the SWAMI website. Log into your account, enter your answers regarding measurements, health history, health concerns, etc. Many of the answers can be changed later if you measured wrong. Now, for the fun part, you generate your very own custom food list! More customized than any book version of the diet can be! To order SWAMI, check out this page: http://www.4yourtype.com/prodinfo.asp?number=ED070 |

My new SWAMI is working out great too, now that I have my fingerprints sorted out! My breathing is better. Wine that I drank last night didn't create allergic or asthmatic symptoms or knock me out with adrenal weakness, like it had been. Exercise isn't inducing asthma now either. I don't feel like a bubble girl now! |
