Can I omit individual foods for the wash-out period and then try to add them back in, or do I need to have a full 60-90 day period with absolutely no black dots? I'm pretty sure I know the answer, I'm just hoping I'm wrong |

So . . . . I think Lola's wink means no black dots of any kind for the reset period. |

That's up to you. Do you want to lose weight? Do you need to feel better? I don't mean to say I think that's what your problems are, what I'm meaning is what do you want from the diet. If you don't need to lose weight or feel better, than the black dots are probably fine. But if you do, then stick to the diamonds more, eat superfoods and neutrals here and there and don't even touch a black dot for a while. Then see the results you get! |
