I see some people referring to a percentage in their SWAMI report. I don't see it in mine. What are we talking about here? |

when you let swami compute your genotype once you input all your data. it gives you the percentage of how much you fit into the particular genotype swami computes for you.
try that in your swami |

If using Xpress: make sure you do not choose an abbreviated report and let SWAMI calculate your GenoType.
If using SWAMI GenoType: you do not need to generate a report.
Instead on the Data Intake form: Enter your data and then scroll down to section C "Preferences". Between the "C: Preferences" tab and the "Help" tab is a "Genotyping Details" tab--click on this tab to see the percentage and a bar chart.
Near the top of the pop up window you should see something like:
By Computation: GT6 Nomad
(37 % of variation encapsulated via first principal component)
[bar graph]
Interpretation: Adequate/ Moderate Association with GT6

Yes, formerly known as drive55! I am 57% Nomad. The Gatherer type was a very poor fit for me. Nomad is much better! |
