Does anyone have a recipe for pineapple bread that is similar to King Hawaiin Bread? That is yeast risen, will take spelt flour recipe but prefer gluten free. DD wants for Thanksgiving and am trying to please. Thanks for any help you give me.

I might have to try it for my DH, he was missing it the other day. I didn't even think to look for a recipe, probably because I don't like it much too sweet for me.
